Boys Basketball June/July Summer Workout Schedule

We will be starting our Summer Workouts for Boys Basketball tonight from 630-8pm in the Back Gym. All Open Gyms will be held in the back gym until our brand new main gym is complete.

Workouts are not mandatory but will greatly improve players skill wise in the gym and physically in the weightroom. Weightroom will be run on Mondays and Tuesdays with football and players can attend 1 of 2 sessions either from 530-630pm or 630-730pm. Wednesdays (630-730pm) and Thursdays (530-630pm) weightroom sessions will be run by the basketball staff. Open Gyms will run on Wednesdays (730-9pm) and Thursdays (630-8pm) and will focus on skill development. Please see the attachment below for further details (calendar).
