4th Round – State Quarterfinals Nov 1 & 2
5th Round – State Semifinals Nov 8 & 9
6th Round – State Finals Nov 14, 15 & 16

Admission is $6 for playoffs. Children under the age of 7 are free.

I will be collecting uniforms the moment our season ends. Boys should bring both sets of uniforms with them to every remaining game, in case it is our last. Playoff roster players will need to check in with Coach Head to retrieve their away uniforms on Monday.

Players should check the weather as they pack for practices. With rain and lower temps throughout this week, it may be good for our boys to bring long-sleeved shirts, hoodies and long pants to practice. The last thing that we need is to have half the team being sick.

As for games, all undergarments (tights and undershirts) must match the color of the uniform. Our home game the color is blue. For our away game, the color is white. I will remind our players throughout the week about this as well.

We have three things on our list thus far. The one that is coming up fast is indoor soccer through Charles County Parks. Chrissy King shared the link earlier but here it is again. Please register for the West Side team if you are interested. I am unsure who is coaching that team, but it would be nice to get a lot of our boys playing together throughout the offseason.

Next in chronological order is the Christmas Cup Futsal Tournament in Calvert County on December 7 & 8, 2019. I am looking to have at least one team play in this tournament. It’s $200 a team with 10 players per team, so that would be $20 a player. If interested, please email me.

Lastly is the Lynchburg Soccer Winter Showcase on January 11 & 12, 2020. This is open to players in 9-12 grades. There will be college scouts at the event. This is an event that we dominated last year and had tons of fun doing it. I am looking to take one to three teams down. I have heard back from a few players or parents. If you want to know more information about this event, let me know.
