Lackey Defeats Surrattsville 57-6

The Lackey Charger football team defeated the Surrattsville 57-6 in the opening round of the playoffs as they dominated the hornets in all three phases of the game.  The offense racked up over 460 yards while accounting for eight touchdowns and the defense held the opposition to less than 100 yards on the night.

The Lackey Chargers got back on the winning track this past Friday night as they dismantled the visiting Thomas Stone Cougars 35-0 at Dave Anderson Memorial Stadium.  After suffering two straight losses at home, the Chargers relied on their offensive line as they rushed 42 times for 442 yards and four touchdowns on the night.
