Girls Soccer Makes History

With their 1-0 win over the Southern Bulldogs, the girls punched their tickets to the program’s first Regional Championship game. The girls will travel to La Plata High School to take on the Warriors on Tuesday, October 29. Kick off is at 4:30 PM. Admission is $6. Children under the age of 7 are free.

Girls Soccer Improves in Loss to Huntingtown

The Lackey Girls came out of the game strong against the visiting Huntingtown Hurricanes, a notoriously strong program that is a tough out for anyone that they play.  The Chargers were not intimidated as they kept the game close early on, threatening Huntingtown when junior Shelby McBain hit the cross bar with her 1st shot

Girls Soccer Wins Playoff Game

The Girls Soccer team won their second round playoff game against Surrattsville on Tuesday 10/30. They won by a score of 6 – 1. Goals were scored by Ashley Herbert (2), Callie Culhane, Brooke Portzen, Shelby McBain, Savannah McBain. The girls are moving on to the sectional finals at McDonough.

Girls Soccer finishes regular season with record 7 wins

The girls soccer team won again on Monday night against the St. Charles Spartans. The girls won their 7th game of the season which is a record for the girls soccer program here at Lackey. The girls will now head into the playoffs with a first round bye and then head to Surrattsville on Tuesday

Girls Soccer beats Stone

The Girls Soccer team improved to 6 – 3 on the season with a 9 -0 win over Stone. Three goals were all scored by Shelby McBain, Savannah McBain, and Callie Culhane. The girls now play McDonough on Wednesday night for their Senior Night. Come out and support the Lady Chargers as they play for
